couples. Situated just 300 metres from the sandy beaches of Clacton-on-Sea. It takes less than
five minutes to stroll to the seafront. A variety of restaurants, cafés and pubs are all within
easy walking distance. With a private garden and BBQ area, Daisy Chain provides the perfect
space to relax and unwind.

The property is conveniently located within easy reach of Clacton-on-Sea railway station,
which offers direct links to London Liverpool Street.
There is also on-site, off-street parking for up to two cars. 

The property has renovated to a high and luxurious standard. It comprises of three bedrooms, 
(one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom both with Smart TVs, and a third bedroom with
children's bunk beds).

There is an upstairs shower room with WC, as well as a downstairs bathroom/utility room
featuring a small bath, separate shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The modern open-plan kitchen and dining area opens onto the private garden, complete with
a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco dining.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an air fryer, microwave/grill, Tassimo coffee pod machine, panini
grill, rice cooker, single oven, fridge and freezer, making it easy to cater for the whole family.
The dining area features bench-style seating and soft ambient lighting, creating the perfect
setting for memorable meals together.

The property is modern and beautifully furnished throughout. The comfortable lounge offers
plenty of seating and a large Smart TV, making it an ideal place to relax after a day at the
beach.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire property and its enclosed private garden.

- We do not accommodate stag or hen parties.
- Parties and events are not permitted at the property.
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee. However, they must remain on the ground
floor and baby gates have been fitted and can be used for this purpose. Pets are not permitted on furniture or soft furnishings. 

Daisy Chain is located in a peaceful residential area with close neighbours. We kindly
ask guests to refrain from playing music in the garden to help maintain a quiet
environment for everyone.

Clacton on Sea is a popular seaside resort. The pier is a delight with its ice creams and hot donuts. Clacton has many attractions such as indoor soft play, cinema, crazy golf, bingo, bowling, penny arcade, fun fairs and much more, guaranteed fun for all the family.

Paddle boarding has become a huge hit this year with many hitting the waves. Beach hut hire is also available but pre-booking a hut is essential. 

It is a well resourced town for all types of shopping.

The surrounding areas, such as Manningtree have stunning rural walks. Holland on Sea has a high open top field adjacent to the sea front, where kites can be seen flying for miles. Further a field there are vineyards, breweries and petting farms.

Clacton hosts an annual air show every August which is hugely popular. It also hosts an annual model railway exhibition during October. Free fire work displays down on the sea front during August and November are also worth seeing.

Further afield the historic town of Colchester is accessible by train or car and takes approximately 35 minutes to get to. Colchester is a beautiful town with many shops and eateries. It also has a zoo, plus a host of other things to do.
